PREVIOUS BACKGROUND
Nicolette Moses studied Food Technology and worked in the corporate sector while training as a dancer. Throughout her career in the creative sector spanning twenty-five years, as manager, mentor, facilitator, teacher, and confidante, she has been coaching people through various stages of their careers. Nicolette has been a senior executive manager at Jazzart Dance Theatre, CAPAB, Artscape, Nederlands Dance Theater (NDT) based in Den Haag and the Baxter Theatre Centre at the University of Cape Town (June 2003 – Nov 2019).
COACHING WORK
Coaching is used as a means of developing the full potential of individuals both personally and professionally whilst creating a confidential and safe space where clients feel heard. Through this integral and holistic approach client and coach co-create the coaching journey to lead clients to a more fulfilling life.
She completed Coaching for Development (CFD, Oct 2019) and the Professional Coaching Course (PCC, Feb 2021) at the Centre for Coaching at UCT Graduate School of Business and New Ventures West (USA). She is ACC™ credentialed by the ICF.
